How We Work:
We moved to the Tri-Cities in 2019, and we understand that the process of buying a home in new territory can feel overwhelming! We are passionate about helping newcomers adjust to the Tri-Cities. We are also passionate about information! If you’re moving to the Tri-Cities; a first-time-home buyer; divorcing; re-marrying; selling an estate property; upsizing or downsizing, we would love to be an invaluable resource for you. We provide complimentary tours of homes and areas; in-office explanations of the buying and selling process; Zoom meetings and video tours if you’re out of state; and so much more. Our direct, hands-on approach makes us efficient, trustworthy and relatable.
About Rachel:
I was born and raised in the Portland, Oregon area in a family of seven. Both of my parents were teachers who taught us to love the outdoors and to work hard. I graduated from Portland State University in 2007 with honors and a BA in English/Writing and was an assistant teacher for 3 years before deciding that a 9-5 job was not meant for me. My husband and partner, Robbie, and I married in 2009 and we have two amazing, fun children who keep us active. Since moving to the Tri-Cities, our family has enjoyed the new thrill of paddle-boarding and all things river!
As a full-time Realtor, wife, and mom, I understand that where you spend your quality time is precious; Home truly is where the heart is. I am so glad that I entered real estate and have never looked back. I love the diversity and spontaneity of my job and working hand in hand with my spouse. We look forward to the privilege of working with you next.
About Robbie:
For the last 10 years, I have been pursuing a career with EMS. This has carried me to many different, exciting fields. I have loved being a part of helping people on their worst days. Over the last few years, I have recognized what I love the most about EMS is making a connection with others. Some of my fondest memories are sitting in the back of an ambulance or airplane and listening to patients tell me their stories. I have learned so much and I am grateful for every moment.
Watching Rachel in real estate I have realized that I can still pursue that goal of making a connection. The perk is that I get to wake up every day now and walk that journey of connecting with others with my favorite person. I am absolutely blessed and excited about this opportunity. Life has sent us some unexpected curveballs, but I believe that Rachel and I are exactly where we are supposed to be. We are ready to serve you and this community with all that we have.
